When the county clerks record and index a new instrument document with Grantor/Grantee name records, these newly added names will be the basis of the notifications.
As an example, if you wanted to monitor variations of John Rick Smith you may register the following as monitored names:
First Name: Last Name:
JOHN RICK SMITH
JOHN R SMITH
If a newly added document is recorded by the clerk including that name, a notification will be generated with the instrument details and sent to the registered email address.
